At present, we specialise in the recruitment of Independent Financial Advisors for firms around the country, but we are happy to assist you in whatever market or industry your business is placed.

Our services can be divided into two areas:

Traditional Recruitment Service
Where we are given a position to fill by our clients and we act as the intermediary between the client and the prospective candidates. We arrange all the interviews and are in constant contact with our clients and candidates until the successful candidate has been employed. Our typical fees for this service are very competitive.

Search and Selection
For higher profile positions, our clients may give us a specific brief of the type of person they require, and we use our network of contacts within different markets to identify and contact potential candidates. The fee for this service is negotiable with the client, and depends on the exact requirements of the retainer.
